I can't think of anything at the moment. I interviewed for an analyst-related position.

Overall, it was a huge red flag.

1. After completing the test, I was told that the supervisor had been called away to a meeting at the last minute, leaving the interviewee waiting for half an hour. When the interviewing supervisor finally arrived, they also seemed to be in a hurry to just get it over with.

2. The interviewing supervisor was unfamiliar with the interviewee's résumé and, without listening to the interviewee's explanation, repeatedly criticized their school projects and internships as merely academic.

3. Upon hearing that the interviewee had discussed higher compensation with another company, the interviewing supervisor responded, “Then you’d better make the most of it,” instead of reflecting on their own company's shortcomings.

4. The test before the interview was actually not very meaningful. It covered Chinese language intuition, high school mathematics, figure reasoning, and Chinese-to-English translation. The computer used for the test had problems: the cursor moved erratically and sometimes deleted answers that had already been entered.
