No advantages
I have been at Yiguang for more than three years, and there is no real meaning to being a supervisor when you accomplish nothing.
They completely obey the squad leaders.
The squad leaders are even worse. They can take advantage of their positions to do many unimaginable things outside, including borrowing money.
There was even a team leader who scheduled himself for a week of actual leave (traveling abroad), while clocking in is just something done for idiots to see.
The team leader also collects money from the security guards, averaging NT$10,000 per month.
The people under them dare to be angry but do not dare to speak out.
When you report it to the company captain,
they only tell you:
“There is no evidence.”
