The colleagues are very nice!
Let's start with the company size. The company is... very stingy.
The general manager drives two BMWs, and the chairman is the general manager's wife. Needless to say, the managers below them are also the general manager's daughters, sons, sons-in-law, and so on.
It is a standard family business run by relatives of those in power.
If the general manager or someone in the family business takes a dislike to you, they will transfer you to the production site or make you work excessive overtime until you leave voluntarily, because they do not want to pay severance.
Salary and benefits
The salary is low enough, but on top of that, everyone's bonus is different, and of course the year-end bonus is different too.
The money earned is all taken by the people at the top; it is impossible for them to share it with those below. Unless you are tough and have top-notch workplace skills, you may get a chance to negotiate your salary with the general manager's daughter.
Anyway, the pay is very low.
The company's products are also all copied from other people, then modified and augmented here and there, and presented as products developed in-house.
