1. Decent salary for a recent graduate of a private business school
2. Frequent worship activities mean there are lots of snacks and fruit
3. A company dinner once a month
4. Female employees may receive special treatment
5. Occasionally, you can be away from the office for a long time and relax
6. Most of the time, you can leave work on time (within three minutes of the time clock ringing)
This company is “Xite International Co., Ltd.”
1. The boss is impatient and bad-tempered, and expects everything immediately
2. Likes putting products in the PChome warehouse but then failing to sell them; if the returned goods do not come back within a week, they will keep urging you, without understanding that others have to follow operational procedures
3. Male employees will have a very difficult time
4. Has a unique eye for product selection and loves bringing in poor-quality products; purchasing is extremely slow
5. I heard things are very shady within MOMO (according to an MD)
6. The brand has not registered its trademark, has no advertising budget, no official website, and no resources. It sets unattainable sales targets, and sales depend heavily on luck. If you set a more realistic target, you will be accused of merely going through the motions to hand in an assignment
7. Does not hire enough staff. When someone resigns, they are still expected to stay for another three months. Even after being notified, the company does not immediately look for a replacement. If you insist on leaving, you may be berated and called heartless for not understanding the company’s situation
8. Has a unique eye for hiring: job openings on the employment website may be closed before candidates even report for work
9. If you stay longer, you will become a scapegoat; you are expected to know how to do everything, including repairing office equipment
10. Often imagines that they are managing employees, when in fact they are having former employees do the managing...
11. Does not keep promises and frequently makes grandiose promises
12. Has a very outdated understanding of the Labor Standards Act
13. At first, they will say that you can discuss anything with them, but in practice, everything must go their way
14. You will not be enrolled in labor insurance on your first day; you have to wait for a while
15. Frequently insinuates that employees are up to something or betraying the company
16. Likes to boast about past achievements while refusing to acknowledge the impact of changing circumstances and rapid changes in the industry
There is more; I’ll add it when I think of it
