Developing resilience, for example, learning how to adjust your mindset when you have done a lot of work but are criticized as if it were worthless, or when you are unjustly accused of things you never did without being given a chance to explain.
The salary range, benefits, and job duties are for reference only (perhaps everything ultimately falls under “assigned tasks”?).
Overtime is routine (working until seven or eight o’clock or later is possible; there have even been times when lunch was not eaten until three).
No meals are provided; the salary includes meal expenses and a bunch of allowances, and overtime is paid at only the basic hourly wage regardless of how long you work.
Of course, you should not focus on doing things thoroughly—just do them quickly. Otherwise, you probably would not need to spend so much time.
No one even knows whether your English is good or not—just look at the website....
Continuing to handle work through LINE after getting off work is also the norm.
