The compensation is fairly good for newcomers without experience; people with some experience may need to think it over a bit more.
(Not sure whether everyone in the same position has the same starting salary.)
The perfect-attendance bonus is calculated separately, unlike at most companies where it is included directly in the base salary.
The work environment is similar to that of a typical factory, but the air inside the plant does not circulate very well. It is recommended to wear a mask inside (the metallic smell is quite strong).
The materials inside the plant are somewhat disorganized.
