1. The website only states a base salary of NT$27,000, but during the interview they said that those without experience would receive NT$25,000, while only those with experience would receive NT$27,000, which made me feel deceived.
2. Employees who resign voluntarily after working for less than one week after joining the company will not be paid. I immediately pointed out that this clearly violates the Labor Standards Act, but the interviewer said that of course they did not want this situation to happen, so they would inform employees in advance (????). What does that even mean? They are evading the main issue. Illegal is illegal. This island is full of bosses who think they are above the Labor Standards Act.
