A completely unworthwhile interview that wasted my time.
1. Wasted the applicant’s time: after I arrived at the agreed-upon time, they said the manager was still in a meeting.
2. They could not even clearly explain the duties of the position I applied for, and the actual role differed greatly from what was described on the website. A small company still required two interviews, and I could not find out the salary until I was notified that I had been hired. The benefits system was also vague. The website listed a manager-level salary, but in reality they were simply looking for a management trainee? An administrative staff member? Even the interviewing manager could not explain it clearly. In short, they randomly invited people to interviews and were just taking a scattershot approach: I applied for one position, and they asked whether I was interested in doing this or that. They arranged for a consultant to conduct a joint interview, but basically, the entire interview was meaningless.
