5. There is a paid-leave system similar to Taiwan’s “one fixed day off and one flexible rest day” policy.
1. The supervisor said that they had barely ever returned home because of work, which makes the job seem very demanding.
2. The salary for the event assistant position is low (26,000).
3. There is a probationary period (after which the salary increase is around 2,000).
4. It feels like you would have to work to death due to overtime.
5. There is no good food outside the company.
