For a planning assistant (execution) position, the salary is fairly decent, at around 33,000. They said there would be a one-month probationary period, with a salary of 30,000.
Overtime is paid, but they did not disclose how much, only saying that it would be paid when the salary is issued.
1. Planning work involves working overtime to the point of exhaustion.
2. Public holidays are days off, but if you work overtime on weekends, you do not get compensatory leave.
3. They said that when you are at work, you can come up with creative ideas outside the company, but even if I go out to think, it is still work all the same.
4. The office is small and messy.
