Pros
The salary is very high, and the benefits are excellent.
The office provides free drinks, snacks, coffee, and massage chairs.
The benefits are generally very generous, and everything also complies with the Labor Standards Act.
Cons
Although there is a headquarters in Korea,
the Taiwan branch is considered a startup.
Its future is still unclear,
and the company currently does not have standard operating procedures.
Things are not handled particularly quickly.
