Salary, benefits, and work environment are acceptable.
Cons
It feels like a prison inside, with a lot of infighting. At work, under no circumstances should you upset the female demon on the first floor. If you do, she will make things difficult for you in every possible way and verbally humiliate you, making it very difficult for you to continue working there.
