Even though they had no intention of closing the counter,

they announced in the group chat that it was closing and asked three colleagues to resign at the same time!

It left a very bad impression.

I feel that if there was something I didn't do well, they could have just told me directly.

Why deceive people?!

Last month, a customer spilled coffee on some clothes

(damaging products worth more than NT$10,000 in total),

but the company told the colleague to “pay the full amount.” At the time, the colleague didn't understand the labor laws and regulations, so they could only pay the full amount... (But in fact, this malicious compensation demand violated the Labor Standards Act.)

Previously, another counter was being closed.

I left the uniforms on the counter, thinking that someone from the company might take them back to the company that evening, or simply deliver them to another counter for me—either option was fine.

I never expected it to be the beginning of a nightmare.

A few days later, when I went to work at the new counter,

the full-time employee actually told me: The company staff had already taken my uniform back to the company and put it there.

But they said they would wait until I resigned, deliberately claim that I had lost it, and make me pay for the uniform (?!

All I can say is, they are extremely scheming!! 🙄

Now I can only wait until next month's payslip to see whether they deduct money from my salary 🙄🙄🙄
