A high degree of flexibility in the work, allowing you to arrange your own time to handle tasks.
The supervisor I interviewed with at the beginning made a serious mistake. She originally said I would be arranged to take over her work, but later, during a meeting with senior management, my role changed to taking over the assistant's work. I subsequently declined the position, but the supervisor then said that I would still be taking over her work as originally planned. She tried to gently persuade me not to give up, but her handover attitude was very poor and she was completely uncooperative. Even more absurdly, during the second week of the handover, she suddenly said she was no longer resigning and would work until retirement. I was directly forced into becoming an assistant.
The work methods are very old-fashioned and laborious, with many meaningless procedures. The equipment is old and frequently malfunctions, but the supervisor is unwilling to improve it. The environment is dirty and disorganized, and cockroaches are often seen.
