After notifying me about the interview, they had me fill out three full forms containing bizarre questions, such as: What is talent? What is hard work? There were more than ten questions in total. Then, on the evening before the scheduled interview, they called to tell me that I no longer needed to attend because the company had found a suitable candidate. I had already taken time off work—this was a complete waste of a job seeker's time!
