Absolutely no advantages

The female boss in charge of the money has double standards. Regular working hours already do not comply with the Labor Standards Act, but that's not all—despite having six days off per month, employees still have their leave deducted by the boss. When it benefits her, she says it is the company's original system. For the Lunar New Year holiday, she says the company must follow the regulations for government agencies. May I ask: then why don't employee rights and benefits follow the Labor Standards Act? It is completely a case of double standards, choosing only what benefits herself. In addition, employees are exploited: even after changing positions, they are required to handle both their original duties and the duties of the new position. Is this an attempt to save on personnel costs? The turnover rate among front-desk staff is far higher than you can imagine. If an interview is deemed unsuitable, they will try to sell you their courses. I strongly advise against joining this company. It is easy to walk in, but difficult to resign. I heard that some people took a year to complete their handover before leaving, while others submitted their resignation countless times and still could not escape Devil's Island. The boss/owner of this company is absolutely the highest level of a stereotypical exploitative employer. Please think twice!
