Pros
On the surface, the company looks very good, but it is actually a shell company.
Cons
1. There are no design processes, and they do not understand design. They do not know what they are doing; they do whatever they want, taking things one step at a time. What an absurd company.
2. They will tell you without warning that today is your last day. An irresponsible company that does not value its employees.
