Doing waterproofing is very fulfilling.

Watching my waterproofing materials take over each important area layer by layer,

and finally completing a 23-story high-rise building—it feels really great.

The pay is also pretty good.

When I first joined, I only earned 30,000 a month.

After two years, I became a foreman,

and could earn more than 60,000 a month at most.

The hard work is worth it.

I used to work for a construction contractor elsewhere.

The work was inconsistent—some days there was work, and some days there wasn't.

There was only work when the boss had projects.

That was also a kind of freedom, I suppose.

After coming here,

the work became stable.

Ironically, I ended up spending more time making money XD
