The boss’s wife lacks the ability but wants to control every aspect of the company, so:
1) It’s fine if you don’t finish today’s work; just continue tomorrow. Because a normal person processes tasks/forms much faster than the boss’s wife reviews them, it takes an average of one month for a form to complete the entire process.
2) If you’re lucky enough to work overtime (with overtime pay), the boss’s wife will buy lots of things and cook free dinner at the company.
3) I’ve heard that if you go out to smoke during work hours, the boss’s wife will require you to make up the smoking time for the company. So, as long as you don’t slack off, you’ll leave work very punctually.
4) You can lose weight because you probably won’t drink sugary beverages. If you don’t put a lid on your cup during a 30-minute nap, there will be at least two cockroaches taking a bath in it when you wake up.
The boss’s wife calls herself the “Chairman’s Special Assistant,” the most capable person in the entire company. But in reality, she doesn’t know the answer to anything, so there is another actual position: the “Special Assistant to the Chairman’s Special Assistant.” In other words, General Affairs is really the person in charge behind the scenes.
1) The company is extremely inefficient. The boss’s wife can hold a meeting for over three hours without any real focus, so work reports can easily be padded.
2) There is absolutely no system: there are no hardware/software or written/file handover procedures, and the accounts are unclear, yet everyone dreams of an IPO every day.
3) All administrative employees must take turns working part-time as the receptionist and distributing QC company products, so their work is easily interrupted.
4) Responsibilities and authority are unclear: General Affairs, purchasing, HR, supplier production inspections, sales, shipping, and deliveries are all handled by the same person. Occasionally, the boss’s wife will pitch in too (but General Affairs cannot drive, so someone else who can drive still has to take her along for deliveries).
5) Because dinner is cooked at the company, there are really, really, really, really....... a lot of cockroaches. The water dispenser’s flow is very weak (so weak that you’ll wonder whether a cockroach is stuck inside), and 50% of a pack of tissues is used to kill cockroaches.
