Ever since an important person at the company resigned due to illness, the company’s operations have been a complete mess, and the boss’s operational direction has been chaotic. The company originally had its own way of doing things, but later kept changing it. The company had needs for certain talent, but because the boss suddenly changed the operational direction, layoffs and new hires began (I was one of them). Please think carefully before joining: as long as the boss no longer needs you, you may be asked to leave at any time.
