Close to Taipei Main Station
When the HR manager called to arrange the interview, she called six times in one hour (it felt like she had a pretty strong need for control~)
Later, when she saw that I had returned the call, she was also very eager to arrange the interview. She didn't care whether my current work schedule could accommodate it and kept asking if I could interview the next day. It felt quite pushy~
As a result, I forced myself to go to the interview during my lunch break the next day (I was also late, which was definitely my fault. I shouldn't have agreed so hastily; I'll reflect on how I manage my time.)
There were two interviewers. As soon as I sat down, they kept asking questions. I admittedly hadn't done much research—I had only briefly looked at the website and saw that it was a nonprofit organization that organized some charity activities~
The interviewer kept asking what I knew about the company, and I replied that it was a nonprofit organization that organized some charity activities.
It was very obvious that the interviewer was extremely dissatisfied with my answer =_="
At the time, I really didn't know what she wanted to hear. Maybe she wanted to hear something about how passionate I was about doing charity work despite receiving a low salary~~~
The interviewer explicitly said that there would be no salary increases, and at that point I just wanted to leave. Perhaps the interviewer sensed that too, so she didn't mention anything about the company's work content or benefits and simply asked me to leave~~~
It just felt like there were no benefits, low pay, and no salary increases. It might suit passionate people who live in Taipei but don't have financial pressure~~~
