My shift starts at 9:30, but even if I clock in at 9:20, I still get nagged at and told that I should arrive and clock in by at least 9:10. To make matters worse, the time clock runs slow, and at the end of the day I have to wait until it reaches the scheduled finishing time before I can clock out. The training for new employees is also very superficial: without teaching us anything, they throw us straight into the deep end. It feels really awful to be scolded for not doing well when you don’t understand anything. Also, please give new employees a break. Everyone says something different—if you follow what A taught you, B will scold you, and afterward they just say, “Everyone has their own way of doing things.” Then what was the point of scolding me??????
