Overtime pay does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. No bonuses for the three traditional holidays, no year-end bonus, and no fixed work procedures; things may change at short notice.
Older employees receive a birthday allowance, younger employees receive birthday benefits, while those in between receive nothing.
