Pros
The interview was simple, mainly discussing experience and negotiating the price.
Cons
The general manager conducting the interview was not very knowledgeable about digital marketing and wanted to bargain over the freelance rate.
If you don't stand firm on your position and market rates, it's easy to be bluffed.
