As long as your Korean is good and you can handle pressure, even a newcomer can earn a high salary.
After work, you’re still responsible for things, but if there’s nothing to do, you can leave on time.
The work environment is extremely small, with no space for activities, so it’s not suitable for people who like a relaxed atmosphere (and newcomers may feel too embarrassed to move around freely).
Overtime and being on call are everyday occurrences, and last-minute business trips are also commonplace.
Interns are not covered by labor or health insurance.
This position is more suitable for people who can handle high pressure and meet the boss’s high expectations.
