I went to take a look out of curiosity because the information on 104 was very unclear. After finally finding the place, I discovered that it was basically run by a typical exploitative boss. It was essentially a small factory office that was extremely run-down. The boss went from talking about his daughter studying in the UK to talking about returning after an unsuccessful investment in China, and then said that strikes were wrong. He also complained that a friend’s yacht company had been investigated for violating labor laws—but if they violated labor laws first, what was there to complain about? As the conversation continued, it became clear that he was completely irrational: the kind of uncommunicative, exploitative older-generation boss. He kept saying he couldn’t find workers, while offering terrible pay. Basically, anyone thinking of applying shouldn’t waste their time. That’s it.
