The interviewer was very polite during the interview.
Many things were not stated honestly. For example, there is no flexible leave based on the government calendar; you must participate in the employee welfare committee (NT$300 deducted monthly) to receive birthday gifts, Labor Day bonuses, employee trips, year-end party lucky draws, and other benefits. Although working hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you must return to your workstation immediately after finishing lunch. The workload is much heavier than expected, and tasks assigned by the supervisor also account for a significant portion of the work!
