There are no advantages to speak of.
1. EZTABLE is no longer enjoying its former success. The current team is like a loose pile of sand, constantly changing senior leaders and bringing in people from the cloud who are out of touch with reality and do not understand the hardships of ordinary people.
2. It is not making money and keeps burning through cash. If it continues burning money for another two years, it will have to shut down.
3. Everyone who knew how to get things done has left, and the company has treated employees carelessly and poorly.
4. Once a happy company, it has long since become one in name only and is now an unhappy company.
5. Communication channels are poor. Those in high positions go back on their word, never reflect on their own mistakes, and often pretend to understand when they do not. They make the wrong decisions, refuse to acknowledge them, push all responsibility onto subordinates, and show no accountability whatsoever.
6. The company is very good at putting on a facade and kicking people when they are down. Colleagues are indifferent and have no interaction with one another; everyone secretly keeps a knife behind their back.
7. Shirking work is the culture of this company today. It has no ability to solve problems. Reporting a problem is tantamount to harming yourself: whoever reports a problem is treated as responsible for solving it. The problem will be returned unchanged, and that person may even become the person in charge of the project.
8. Many unreasonable behaviors are tolerated. For example, theft is tolerated, and after its seriousness is discovered, the person who reported it is instead blamed.
9. Those in high positions frequently apply strict standards to others but lenient standards to themselves. If you are a favorite, you and everyone associated with you will prosper, but you must serve as an informant and engage in petty schemes.
10. A small company of thirty people can have as many as eight people resign one after another within a month. EZTABLE currently has an extremely high turnover rate.
