There is no overtime, the work is neither complicated nor tedious, and responsibilities are clearly divided.

The starting salary is a base of 24,000 plus 3,000 perfect-attendance bonus; after the probationary period, it increases by 1,000.
The year-end bonus is the same as the quarterly bonus, so there is no separate year-end bonus. The quarterly bonus is available after one full year with the company and is paid according to the revenue ratio for that quarter.
