Pros
Store staff: Starting salary of 24,000 during the probationary period. A 10% bonus is available for exceeding the stipulated performance target. When two people are working together, you may take a one-hour break outside. The number of days off is scheduled according to the number of red-letter days in the month. After completing one year of service, there is a year-end bonus equivalent to one month’s salary and employee purchase discounts.
Cons
The bonus commission is average and does not offer any particular incentive.
