Internally, the company is divided into two departments: Oujia and Ouyi.
Oujia has a relatively free atmosphere.
1. You can leave work on time.
2. The boss has a good personality.
3. Unless something is extremely serious, once you are hired, you generally will not be laid off.
4. The work is stable, with plenty of development time; your progress is largely up to you.
5. There is no written rule regarding the year-end bonus, but it is consistently two months’ salary.
6. There are no software development standards at all. You can work however you want, making it suitable for experienced people.
1. As a software developer, the computer provided is far too poor.
2. The boss is familiar with hardware and circuitry but does not understand programming very well, so sometimes he directs people with more expertise than him.
