The work environment is very comfortable, some colleagues are easy to get along with, meals are provided with unlimited servings, and shifts are scheduled according to the number of hours.
At this small company, it is unclear how human resources and finance responsibilities are allocated, and it is unclear how labor and health insurance and labor pension contributions are calculated. I only discovered after checking myself that the labor pension contribution differed from the amount shown on my pay slips—there was an overall shortfall in contributions. As for national holidays, no one told full-time employees how many days off they were entitled to in February. Personally, I feel that your company does not fully understand the Labor Standards Act; even when asked, the answers were only half-understood. It feels like the company operates on the edge of the Labor Standards Act.
