Pros
There aren't many advantages.
Cons
1. Treats employees as disposable chopsticks; when business is poor, employees are told to leave. Now relies on Mitsui Outlet—when business is good, more employees are hired.
2. Regardless of salary, labor and health insurance are uniformly insured at NT$22,000. This violates the Labor Standards Act.
