Policies change from day to day; today, if the supervisor is in a good mood, it is one way.
Tomorrow, if the supervisor is unhappy, it is another way entirely.
Supervisors generally have low EQ and like to reprimand colleagues in front of clients!
As for salary, the company does not pay overtime and instead uses compensatory leave.
