Pros
1. Taking time off is easy
2. When the government does not suspend work due to a typhoon, the company does
3. The food at the year-end party is very good
Cons
1. The boss can be sarcastic and cutting at times
2. The boss drives frighteningly, sometimes using a phone while driving
3. The company no longer takes on design projects and has transformed into a property rental business (job duties include assembling furniture, cleaning, and various other odd jobs)
