I interviewed with "Dingshuo Innovation Co., Ltd."
The supervisor first sent me an interview invitation through 104. I immediately called the interviewer's mobile number using the contact information listed on 104, but no one answered, and I never received a call back afterward. I called the company to confirm the interview time and left my contact information, but there was absolutely no follow-up.
It was plainly just messing with people.
Communication and management problems can easily arise at a new company. Not answering or returning a call is a major taboo. The interviewer has not even mastered the basics, and this small matter reveals a bigger problem. If I were to work with them in the future, this would cause trouble for the people under them.
