The great Chairman Chen
made the direct decision to take back the MacBooks currently used by "software engineers" for development.
All other development engineers will be required to use office-grade ASUS laptops for development.
The reason given was that company expenses are too high, and only iOS engineers and designers are allowed to use MacBooks.
They completely disregard the current development progress and time-cost issues.
Great, indeed.
I sincerely hope everyone will not be deceived by this company.
At the year-end banquet, they did not give you their own 1.sg cryptocurrency. As for the year-end bonus, after endless pleading and finally getting approval only after a long delay, we were still told that we should be grateful to them. Everything posted on 104 is fake: the supposed 14-month compensation guarantee does not exist, and neither do the supposed piles of snacks. This company only exploits and deceives people; it has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
The equipment is terrible, the snacks have been cut entirely, salaries have been slashed to inhuman levels, and overtime is treated as an obligation. They owe vendors money, refuse to pay, and even issue threatening remarks.
Meanwhile, they live well (with rent of NT$400,000 per month) but still try to shortchange employees out of salaries of NT$370,000 plus year-end bonuses. They use premium equipment (high-end MacBook Pros and an NT$80,000 Surface) and hire a driver (the company’s person in charge?) to drive an S650 Mercedes.
Anyone aspiring to work in software development should absolutely, absolutely not be tricked into joining and being mistreated here.
Regardless of your position, this company only wants slave-like yes-men, not talent.
They do not respect professional expertise and run and manage the company from a self-righteous perspective, treating Taiwanese people entirely like slaves.
If you consider yourself a super slave, believe you have an M inclination, have no sense of self-respect, and do not care about your salary, then welcome to Mars Blockchain~
