At the beginning, they’ll ask you to fill out their test (though it’s not really a test; it’s more to assess what you know), as well as answer some questions in English (roughly in the form of a letter). No need to be too nervous～～～
There were four interviewers.
They’ll ask you to introduce yourself and give them a general idea of your work experience.
Your favorite and least favorite jobs in the past.
Most of the questions are based on the content of your résumé.
They’ll ask about your job responsibilities, the kind of work environment you like, and learn about your work process.
They’ll pretty much ask about everything.
At the end, they’ll explain how the company operates internally as a whole.
They’ll also proactively tell you about the company benefits, etc. You don’t need to worry too much about this~
But basically, I think they’ll ask anyone who comes in for an interview about these things~~~
They’ll tell you about the company’s philosophy (I actually really enjoyed hearing about this part).
They’ll also ask for your personal opinions. If you have any questions, you can ask them afterward.
Overall, after the interview, if there were five stars, I’d give it 4.5 XD
The company has a lot of goods, so I was a little shocked when I first walked in. Actually, I wouldn’t really consider this a drawback.
But I think it depends on the person～～
Because they also need to ship goods from there. The rest depends on your personal impression from the interview!
