駿凱電技股份有限公司
Pros

For positions handling international trade affairs in the general electronics industry, most companies do not hire newcomers and generally prefer people who can hit the ground running. This company, however, is willing to spend very little to let inexperienced newcomers come in and learn, which can barely be considered commendable (?). Young people who want to enter the electronics industry as overseas sales representatives, if they are not short of money, can spend a few years there learning. The company will give you a position as an overseas sales assistant, but what you learn is actually the entire end-to-end overseas sales workflow, including customer development, quotations, new project development, and so on. Most importantly, this company places great emphasis on marketing, and you can definitely learn a great deal about marketing. It is a fairly good beginner’s training ground.

Cons

1. It is a family business, so all management positions are held by the boss’s sons and daughters, leaving newcomers no chance to advance.

2. When I resigned a few years ago: The company took full advantage of employees regarding annual leave. In the first year, it granted annual leave “in proportion” to the time worked, and when I resigned, it did not return the annual leave that had been under-allocated during the first year. After I reported it directly to the Labor Bureau, it obediently returned the annual leave that had been taken from me in the first year.

3. The boss’s wife is very stingy. You are expected to clock out exactly on time after work, and this will be settled against you when you resign.

4. I heard that the company had been reported by an employee a long time ago and received a fairly serious penalty, but I could not find out what it had been reported for.
