家多利行銷股份有限公司
Pros

The colleagues are very nice, but they can't really help you with anything.

Cons

First of all, the boss will definitely grope female employees. Even after everyone collectively protests against him, he'll still say, "Oh, I didn't notice," and continue secretly touching new employees. Then the boss's wife will think that you're seducing her husband, haha.

Secondly, the boss is extremely stingy—so stingy that if there is a company year-end banquet, the budget per person is under 500, and this will absolutely happen only once a year, or you might not receive any company benefits at all. The labor insurance and health insurance contributions are underreported, and he is just as calculating about travel expenses—there's no need to doubt it. If you don't answer the phone on weekends or go hiking with him during the Mid-Autumn Festival, he won't give the "entire" company its year-end bonus.

Third, unless you can exchange benefits with him, he will never give you a raise. Even a 1,000 increase after successfully negotiating an exchange counts as a lot.

Fourth, there are far too many violations of the Labor Standards Act. Don't be foolish.

I heard there will be designers and sales staff joining after the New Year. Think carefully: this is absolutely a place that will waste your life.

If you are in sales -

Our sales staff are replaced every three months as a matter of course, because the boss himself is in sales. He will constantly tell you that your approach is wrong and demand that you only pursue the leads he gives you. He will then say that all the clients are his friends and that you can accomplish nothing without him. Publicly saying that you're useless and cursing at you are daily occurrences. He will absolutely not pay severance, and in all these years at this company, it seems that fewer than five people have ever received a bonus.

If you are in planning or are an executive assistant -

Basically, you are sales + planning + design + executive assistant, and you may even become the client's secretary (to curry favor with the client). Basically, you have to do everything. When you say that you're genuinely too busy to handle it all, he will keep repeating things like, "Is it really that difficult? None of you have any ability. I might as well run the studio myself. I have to do everything," and so on. Yet every time he sees you, he will repeat, "Is that thing done yet? Why are you so incapable?" Also, because the company frequently lacks sufficient cash flow and sales, every month you have to beg clients to accept invoices early or pay in advance. In addition, he is an insecure yet self-important person. He constantly wants you to praise how amazing he is. Whenever a problem arises, he immediately forgets what happened and shifts the blame, keeps people by his side without teaching them anything, and expects you to figure everything out yourself. If you do a poor job due to lack of experience—or if he himself blames you—even though he was the one who failed to train you, he will refuse to give you a raise even after you complete your probationary period. Once you have been there for over a year, you can be considered a senior planner. About 95% of people run away after two or three days or two weeks. The office is often empty, so there is a good chance you will have no colleagues or be surrounded entirely by new hires. In addition, he will not hire people with relevant experience (he doesn't want to spend the money), so everyone has to figure things out from scratch.

If you are a designer -

First, remember to detach your soul. The boss considers himself exceptionally good-looking and up to date. He will interfere with the design of every project, criticize your poor aesthetic sense, and stand beside you telling you to enlarge the text, move it left, move it right, producing works that leap across eras—the kind that leap far into the future. AI, Photoshop, Flash, After Effects, 3D, slicing, app slicing—you have to know how to do everything, yet he will keep asking how long things will take and then automatically cut down your estimated work hours. Although he doesn't work in the same office as the boss, the things you produce.........aren't really suitable for using as portfolio pieces either..........

- If you are an engineer

If you are capable, you will feel crushed from both sides here. Then, if you take leave or refuse to work overtime, you will be mocked daily along with the sales staff. There is currently only one engineer holding everything up alone, while one outsourced worker is summoned every day. If you come here, you'll find out how "exciting" it is; I won't go into detail.
