There is no overtime pay. When the company was inspected by the labor authorities, a certain woman fluttered around the entire company like a butterfly, “reminding” all employees to tell the inspectors that everyone left work at normal hours. The employees were extremely servile and tight-lipped, and the management department would tell the inspectors that employees who left late were merely “taking care of personal matters.” The inspectors would not investigate further, so after several inspections, they failed to uncover anything. The management department, the enslaved employees, and the inspectors were simply putting on an elaborate act together on the day of the inspection. After a year without overtime pay, all employees were still forced to perform in costume on stage at the year-end party. If you refused to go on stage and make a fool of yourself, a certain supervisor would even tell you to go home and fend for yourself. What good is an overseas employee trip once a year if there is no overtime pay? It is merely a company with a polished exterior. I strongly advise all job seekers not to join it and ruin their own lives.
