The colleagues are great
No year-end bonus, low salary, and the boss is constantly yelling about how we all need to weather the storm together, while sitting at the computer scrolling through Facebook and reading startup articles
The company is really stingy in every way, using one person as three people, and only thinking about saving money in all sorts of ways. Marketing staff are expected to know how to do sales, designers are expected to know how to shoot videos, and programmers are expected to know how to do marketing. It’s really quite something
The company has very little respect for professional expertise and constantly interferes with what you do, leaving no room to make use of your abilities
