Can't think of any pros

A company rife with infighting between departments and between management and subordinates. I applied for an international sales position but was treated as an assistant. The manager's English is poor, and their replies to customers sound like arguments with them. No matter how good the benefits are, or how famous the brand is, it makes no difference. If you have a better option, please, please, please, please, please do not waste your life and time going there just to pad your résumé—you won't learn anything.
