Pros

The interviewer will not be overly demanding.

Cons

1. The job duties are somewhat different from what was described during the interview.

2. It depends on which supervisor you work with. Some supervisors are very unwilling to teach people and deliberately prevent you from learning, giving only perfunctory instruction.

3. There is no overtime pay for working late on weekdays.

4. Their attitude is not very good when teaching new employees job-related tasks.

I previously saw a colleague who had only recently entered the workforce and had never worked in this industry. After being there for only a few weeks, the supervisor and other colleagues deliberately conspired not to teach them which tasks were correct and which were not allowed. They deliberately set the colleague up to fail, causing them to be severely reprimanded by a higher-level supervisor. However, the higher-level supervisor did not know that they had not actually been taught and was instead falsely told that the new colleague knew what to do. (How would someone who has just entered the workforce and has never worked in this industry know what is correct and what is not allowed?)

5. A supervisor is unwilling to teach a new employee who is very willing to learn. Strangely, however, the supervisor teaches subordinates who go along with them in mocking others. Some supervisors even lead by example in arriving late, falsely reporting their work start times, and having others clock in for them.

6. When a new employee who is eager to learn asks the supervisor which aspects of their work are not okay and need improvement, the supervisor will not explain. Instead, they simply stop assigning that task and tell the employee to do something else that is different from the job duties described during the interview.
