Seven and a half hours of work per day
1. The company environment is dirty, messy, and not properly cleaned. 2. There are no established procedures. 3. You have to figure things out on your own; no one trains you. 4. No matter what happens, it is always your fault. After a week or two, they single out and berate new employees as if they were in the military. 5. Supervisors give targeted reprimands regardless of whether you are right or wrong, unless you know how to flatter them. 6. Overall, it is an unprofessional company that does not value its employees, who can be dismissed at any time.
