Stability is probably the only advantage.
There are a lot of old-timers here, whether in the office or on the production line. Many have been here for ten years or more, yet they only stay in their own comfort zones and see the world through a narrow lens. They never stop to think about what skills they actually have besides staying at this factory. Even people in management positions cannot handle basic document processing. The entire company’s systems are chaotic; many things still have to be circulated for signatures on paper, and there is little efficiency. Overtime is through the roof. When a supervisor needs someone, they ask you to start work within a week, but if they suddenly take a dislike to you, they will tell you to get lost!!!
