品咖媒體科技股份有限公司
Pros

- Convenient transportation to the company location

- Snacks occasionally—very occasionally

That's all.

Cons

1. The manager is no longer Korean; the entire team has been replaced with a new group of Taiwanese employees. The manager, finance staff, and general manager all arrived recently. The general manager left after only a few months, leaving the position vacant for several months, and the finance staff member also resigned.

2. The one remaining manager hardly ever shows up to meetings. Their attitude toward work is not that of a decision-maker. During meetings, they constantly ask how things were done at their colleagues' previous companies, relying on others for everything.

3. The company likes hiring people without work experience, so the colleagues are all very young. The youngest I encountered was born in 1996, so the website content cannot improve.

4. Some fresh graduates do not want to write articles but like to take on tasks they cannot do. In the end, they ask the colleagues responsible how to do them. They like using random headlines, get flooded with criticism from netizens, and then delete the posts themselves out of embarrassment.

5. One colleague directly plagiarized content written by another colleague. At every meeting, they kept asking whether the concert organizer had responded, solely because they wanted to use a media pass to watch celebrities for free.

5. There were originally two offices, but they were later consolidated into one. Because the company sells products, the entire space became like a warehouse.

6. Colleagues come and go, and sometimes you do not even know who has joined or left. The company lays people off arbitrarily, telling them to leave that very day.

7. The salary does not increase; it remains the same even after the probation period.

8. The company's revenue sources are very limited. One colleague's salary was once paid late. The manager often talks about the company's unstable income, yet continues spending money on unnecessary things.

Those curious about the absurdities of society can get their fill here all at once—have fun!
