1. The job bank states that it has a five-day workweek with weekends off, but in practice, it means eight days off per month, scheduled independently on Saturdays and Sundays. You also have to support activities on holidays and then take compensatory leave on weekdays. Honestly, this kind of leave arrangement is completely different from what I understand as a five-day workweek with weekends off!! Do not assume that their leave arrangement is the same as that of civil servants.

2. A responsibility-based system with no overtime pay.

3. This is a retail store, so the lunch break is very unclear. Also, do not expect to have an office-worker mindset, because it is a retail store, which means everyone is essentially a salesperson.

4. During the interview, they strongly dislike you taking notes because their shortcomings will be written down. (They dare to do it but are afraid of people knowing.)
