The company has a nice environment. Some managers are nice.

The CEO has a very strong need for control; all emails and text messages must be reviewed. She is extremely forceful when questioning subordinates. Her moods fluctuate greatly. Her own schedule often interferes with subordinates’ quitting time (because she needs to decide every minor matter). She is emotional and lacks empathy and basic communication skills. It is very apparent that she lacks the systematic understanding required to manage a business. The turnover rate is extremely high.
