1. I previously applied for an RF testing engineer position... The starting salary was very low, under 30K... The point is that even graduates from national universities receive this kind of offer when they join; if you're luckier, they may give you a salary starting with 3.

2. Things were originally going well internally... But the seniority system is very strong. When I asked questions, I was treated impatiently, emotionally humiliated, and insulted.
